IT Service Desk

UIC's IT Service Desk, staffed by Technology Solutions, is available to assist the UIC community with their IT questions and address any problems that arise.

Managed IT Support

Technology Solutions offers high-quality IT support to university departments and units through either annual contracts or an hourly support basis.

Professional Development and Training

Technology Solutions provides a variety of resources for professional development and training, including a large collection of online video tutorials via LinkedIn Learning, workshops and webinars on educational technologies, and select IT and AV vendor resources.


TeamDynamix administrators are here to assist you with various needs and questions for use of the TDX platform.

Tech Helpdesk

Technology Solutions provides hands-on technical support for student, faculty, and staff personal laptops and mobile devices, assisting with connections to UIC-WiFi, virus/malware removal and protection, and installation of campus-licensed software.

Ticketing System

Ticketing Systems track request and incident tickets -- a way to record requests that come in via email or the Web and to track the history of responses and changes to the status of the requests to promote efficiency and avoid missed requests.
