What Is It?

Basic Sciences IT Support (BSITS) provides specific technology support services for the Anatomy & Cell Biology, Biochemistry & Molecular Genetics, Microbiology & Immunology and Physiology & Biophysics departments.


Poster printing is currently available for members of the Anatomy and Physiology departments only. 


Requests may only come from members of the Anatomy, Biochemistry & Molecular Genetics, Microbiology and Physiology departments.

How Much Does It Cost?

IT Service is made available by your Basic Science department's Shared Services. Hardware costs may be the responsibility of the client.

How Can I Get Support?

If you are having an IT problem, review the guidance on initial troubleshooting of IT problems and then Request Service button. Please select the appropriate category for your request and follow the prompts to provide as much detail as possible. 

Service Levels

Initial Response Time Within 1 business day.
Service Request Fulfillment Time Usually within 5 business days for low impact/urgency.
Incident Resolution Time Varies based on the type of question or problem.
Service Availability Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
Maintenance Window(s) University Holidays.
