Service Request Fulfillment Time Password set-up and resets - Fulfilled in real-time by self-service applications
Incident Resolution Time Outage of system or process involved in password management – restored within 1 business day
Individual password reset failure - up to 3 business days

Standard maintenance for application updates during ​approved ACCC maintenance window(s).
Database maintenance of directory data and affiliations occurs daily with no downtime
