Request support for classroom and conference technology, including Echo360 recordings, video conferencing equipment, and training for effective room use.

COM - Administrative & Business Applications Support

Request support for administrative and business systems, including finance, HR, student information systems, library, Educational Affairs Systems, and medical and health systems.(e.g., Acuity, Epic, Benware, etc.)

COM - Infrastructure

Request support for hardware, network services, or operating system platforms within the College of Medicine IT environment.
