Email and Collaboration

Technology Solutions provides a personal University email address to all current students, staff, and faculty. The email address is in the format NetID@uic.edu and can be used in conjunction with any of the email and calendaring services provided by the Technology Solutions. A collaborative virtual environment and workspace that allows people to work together, regardless of where they are physically located. This involves a combination of document sharing, collaborative editing, and also audio/video conferencing.

Mass and Emergency Communications

Technology Solutions offers several methods for departments or individuals to send mass communications. Tools are available for standard informational messages to be sent to a variety of audiences.

Web Services

Technology Solutions Website Services is a collection for web publishing needs. Users can choose from personal, departmental, or organizations and group web publishing options. Depending on the criteria and request, there are many different mediums to choose from.
