How can I recover or change the password to my secondary NetID?

If you know the current password for your secondary NetID, you can visit the Legacy Password Manager site to change the password (signing in with the current credentials for your secondary NetID).

If you forgot the password to your secondary NetID, please visit our Account Portal page.

Towards the bottom of the page enter your primary NetID in the Use Challenge/Response section, and you will be prompted for your secret response.


 
Alternatively, enter your NetID in the Use Emergency Email section and your rescue info will be sent to your emergency email address.
 
 

If you do not remember your secret Response to your Challenge phrase or do not have access to your emergency email you will need to visit one of our Technical Helpdesk locations in person with your valid iCard.
