UI Hospital LMS training is managed by the IS Training Group, which can be contacted at istrains@uic.edu.
 
For all other services listed above, contact the Hospital IS Helpdesk at 312-413-7717 or send an email to ishelp@uic.edu
The subject line of your email must be the word 'Service'.  
*NOTE* Duo 2-Factor Authentication is managed centrally by the U of I Administrative Information and Technology group (AITS), but UI Hospital staff should contact the Hospital IS Helpdesk for enrollment or issues with the use of Duo 2-Factor Authentication.
 
UIC students, faculty, and staff who are not UI Hospital staff members should contact consult@uic.edu for assistance with Duo 2-Factor Authentication.
