Contacts Database

Contacts Database records the responsible parties for networks, domains, systems, services, and devices across the University. It displays dependencies between these elements, such as systems and services reliant on a specific network. Additionally, it manages access levels to various offerings (e.g., IP Address Management and Iris) based on permissions assigned to networks and domains for users or AD groups.

Enterprise Service Management

The Enterprise Service Management Office (ESMO) partners with IT units across campus to improve how services are delivered, using campus-defined best practices in areas like Incident, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management. We offer guidance, tools, and collaborative support to help units assess and enhance their processes. We also manage the Enterprise Service Catalog, making it easier for the campus community to find and access IT services and resources.
