About this service

Description TDX at Illinois is a web-based application used to support and manage administrative and technical requests, incidents, intake process work flows, forms, ticketing processes, and asset management.

Use the “Request TDX at Illinois Support” button if you need assistance with the following within either your UIUC Application, the U of I Main Application, or if you are a prospective customer not currently using TDX:

Use the “Request System Administration Support” button if you are a TDX Application Administrator and/or Group Manager for help with the following:

Getting and using this service

Who can use the service To request your own or to join an existing TDX Application, you must be an IT Pro or other primary representative from a University of Illinois department, college, or unit.

Only authorized Undergraduate students, Graduate/Professional students, Faculty/Staff can access TDX data.

Cost No cost
Usage constraints Units will be responsible for providing their own staff and support for managing their application. If those resources are not available, units can join the shared U of I Main application which is governed by the U of I Main Advisory Group.
