How to get the service The Campus Network is available throughout campus and enables other network services such as Campus Wi-Fi.

Campus IT Professionals can request Campus Network services by submitting a ticket to consult@illinois.edu.
Cost No charge
Usage constraints UIUCnet access is governed by campus policy on appropriate usage. The campus network (UIUCnet) transports a wide variety of data types/categories including sensitive data.

The Network Infrastructure Access Service provides and controls access to Technology Services physical network infrastructure locations, such as CER's and Telecommunications closets for IT Pros, Technology Services personnel, F&S, and contractors. Email cer-keys@illinois.edu for more information.

Maintenance hours Posted maintenance windows are 5:30 A.M. -7:30 A.M. Monday-Friday, 5:30 A.M. -10:00 A.M. Saturday, and 5:30 A.M.-noon Sunday. Notifications for major outages are posted prior to the event on Status (status.illinois.edu).
