Software Installation

Technology Solutions will work with faculty to have software and data files installed on our lab and classroom workstations for their students use.

Although Technology Solutions will make a reasonable effort to get all software packages to work in our environment, we are not able to guarantee that they will. Some packages may not function because of the network or computer lab/classroom setup. Technology Solutions can not be held responsible for software that does not work by class time.

At the end of the semester, all class files and software will be removed. Software must be requested every semester.

Review all details and deadlines for installation requests per semester.

Requirements

For non-standard or campus licensed software, you will be required to provide

  • proof of purchase and license/activation keys
    • please upload to Box and provide the share link
  • media and software installation instructions
    • please upload to Box and provide the share link
    • If the download doesn't require registration, share the direct link instead.
