A Security & Privacy Risk Assessment is a formal, systematic approach to identifying, analyzing, and evaluating threats to an organization’s information assets, infrastructure, and processes. Its main objectives include ensuring compliance, mitigating vulnerabilities, and protecting critical assets by implementing targeted controls.
Requirements
A Risk Assessment request must be submitted and reviewed prior to all software purchases where the third-party vendor will be hosting, or have access to University data and/or network.

Fill out the request form with all requested information and await a response from the Technology Solutions Information Security and Privacy Office. In some cases, additional information or clarification may be necessary.
