Note: The data center service tiers do not include management of operating systems or applications. This service is strictly a hardware co-location service with some assistance by the Data Center Operations (DCO) team to reboot machines. While Technology Solutions provides up-link and management port access, tenants are responsible for the administration of their own servers and storage. Tenants primarily use the data center infrastructure space to house the hardware they administer.
