How do I view users training progress in KnowBe4?

Overview

This article provides directions on how to access a unit's training page in KnowBe4, view the users in that unit as well as their status, and Download a CSV of the data.

Details

To begin, log in to your KnowBe4 account by going to the UIC security training.

Once logged in, you’ll be taken to the dashboard. When you're on the dashboard click on the Training link at the top of the page:

Here you will find a full list of training campaigns. From here click on the campaign that you want to see more details on.

Now that you’ve accessed the training campaign, you can see a full overview of the training progress including the percentage of users who’ve completed their training. For more details about each user, click the Users heading next to Overview under the Unit Training name.

Here you can see how many users are enrolled in the training, and detailed information on who has completed and, who has and has not started, and who’s training is incomplete.

You can click on any of these headings to navigate around the different user lists. If you want a detailed CSV of the data, navigate to the header you want (All Users, Incomplete, Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Past Due) then click on the “Download CSV” button. This will begin a download of a CSV file containing all the data in that section.
