Technology Solutions email addresses, accounts, and services are available to current UIC students, staff, and faculty.
When class registration or employment at UIC ceases, access to uic.edu email addresses and Technology Solutions email accounts and computing resources is extended for a grace period to allow time for transition to a new email provider. Additionally, students that graduated in Spring 2020 or after are eligible to enroll in permanent email forwarding after graduating. Technology Solutions does not provide UIC NetIDs and access to services for persons who have graduated and are no longer affiliated with the University.
Extensions are only available for 2-week periods to allow former students, faculty, and staff enough time to retrieve data and notify their contacts of their new non-UIC email addresses.
