Can I make international calls with Zoom Phone?

International calling is available with Zoom Phone for official university business purposes.

Eligibility

International calling is included as part of the basic Zoom Phone service bundle, provided the calls are made for legitimate university business activities.

Requesting International Calling Access

To enable international calling for a phone line:

• For existing phone lines, submit a request via the Telephone/Voicemail Move/Change service page.

• For new phone lines, specify the correct Calling Restrictions option in the Telephone or Fax Add request form.

Compliance and Auditing

University telephone usage is subject to periodic audit to ensure compliance with state laws and university policies.

• International calls must be related to official university business.

• Call records may be reviewed to validate appropriate use.
