Staff can request the installation of a new telephone unit.
As of April 1, 2025, new phone requests as well as handset repair/replacement requests are fulfilled with Zoom Phone Softphones.
Requirements
Requests must be approved by the unit's business manager.
TDD/TTY Devices may be requested. Technology Solutions will order and install a new device at the current installation rate. Any maintenance of TDD/TTY devices is the responsibility of the requesting unit. Note there is a $75.00 one-time charge for a TDD/TTY device (price is subject to change).
