Telephone/Voicemail Move/Change

Request changes to individual phone lines, physical phones, and voicemail boxes. Note that most types of requests will require approval by your unit's Business Manager.


You can request various types of changes:

  • Phone Move
  • Phone Programming Change
  • Phone Type Change
  • Subscriber and/or CallerID Update
  • Voicemail Add
  • Voicemail Reassignment/PIN Reset
  • Voicemail Removal

If you are on the Asterisk voicemail system, you can submit a request for your PIN to be reset. If you are on the new Unity voicemail system, you can reset your PIN on your own, through the Unity web portal.
