About this service

Description	Answers KB is a central location to create, store, share, and manage web-based knowledge documents. It consists of group spaces composed of campus and department groups at the University of Illinois. The Unified space (https://answers.uillinois.edu) receives all public KB documents from the group spaces. Click here for a list of existing group spaces in Answers KB A unique group space allows you to: Publish documents with your own structural requirements and review processes Brand and style your internal and external KB pages Share and control permissions on internal documents Internal documents are not shared with other Group Spaces unless explicitly requested by your group

Getting and using this service

Who can use the service	All colleges, departments, and units at the University of Illinois
How to get the service	Use the Request button on this page to request a KB Group Space. AITS will facilitate the group space request. The primary service is available at https://answers.uillinois.edu.
Cost to use	$1000/year for each group space. At least one administrative contact must be designated in your unit to provide administration services and technical support for your unit. 30-day free demo is available.
