Description The File Storage Hosting service is a managed service that provides a File Share hosted on a dedicated Storage volume with granular Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities.

Features and tools • DEPLOY and manage the parent folder of the File Storage instance
• PATCH the server message block (SMB) protocol of the File Storage instance regularly
• MONITOR performance and availability of the File Storage instance
• LOG and forward File Storage instance logs to central data logs repository
• BACKUP and replicate File Storage instance regularly (at least a 14-day retention)
• INVENTORY and track File Storage instances with asset management tools
• SECURE and manage IAM of the parent folder of the File Storage instance
