About this service

Description For customers unable to use cPanel or PIE, MSS provides a managed service that provides an IIS or Apache web server. The managed web hosting service is offered on a per WebApp instance basis.

Features and tools • DEPLOY and update the WebApp instance
• PATCH the WebApp instance regularly
• MONITOR performance and availability of the WebApp instance
• LOG and forward WebApp instance logs to central data logs repository
• BACKUP and replicate WebApp instance regularly (at least a 14-day retention)
• INVENTORY and track WebApp instances with asset management tools
• SECURE and manage IAM of the WebApp instance
