How to get the service All Illinois Urbana campus members can request a course space on Canvas for just about any use.  Please see https://movetocanvas.web.illinois.edu/request-a-canvas-space/ for instructions on how to request a space.
Cost There is no charge to use the Canvas LMS. Some courses may charge or pass on a fee to use an integration or learning tool that is external to Canvas.
Usage constraints
  • Course storage quota: 10GB; Per-user quota: 200MB
  • Canvas has been approved by Privacy/Security to host sensitive educational data.
