What Is It?
The Center for the Advancement of Teaching Excellence (CATE) provides and maintains the technology in more than 185 common-use classrooms (those owned and scheduled by the Office of Classroom Scheduling), and trains and supports faculty and staff in the use of that technology. The Learning Technology Solutions support office is centrally located in Stevenson Hall, to provide a single point of contact for any support needed.

This service is made possible by the student Library/IT Assessment — there is no cost to you for the support of the common-use classrooms for course-related use.
How Can I Get Support?
Support is available to faculty, staff, and teaching assistants in the common-use classrooms. In rare cases, support is extended to students. If you are experiencing a problem with this service, please report it. If you just have a question, feel free to ask us.
