Google Workspace is a suite of tools used for communication and collaboration. It includes Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Chat, Meet, Groups, and Calendar.

Inactive Accounts

Google Workspace for Education may delete an inactive account and its associated data if the account is inactive for at least two years.

How to keep an account active:

• As outlined in the policy, the simplest way to keep a Google Workspace for Education account active to sign into the account at least once every two years
• If the Google Workspace for Education account has been signed into in the past two years, the account is considered active and will not be deleted

• Reading or sending an email
• Opening a Doc
• Completing an Assignment
• Assigning a Practice set
• Sharing a photo

Requirements
