The Events Team is here to assist the UIC College of Dentistry community with all your event requests, event-related questions, and service needs.
Features
- Event Support: request support for college wide events. Event coordinator from our team will connect with you after submitting request.
- Room Requests: Your event space must be reserved through EMS BEFORE event request is submitted. Please reserve your room.
- Event IT support: request any IT support, Guest WiFi, multimedia devices and AV needs
- Event marketing support: Photography, event campaign, printed material, website and/or brand materials.
- Event facilities support: tables request, movers work order, extension cords or room set up support.

Varies based on the type of event. You must submit an event request for small- medium events ONE month before event. Larger requests the require support from IT, Marketing and Facilities should be submitted THREE months in advanced. |
