College of Dentistry Onboarding process is designed to facilitate the onboarding of new hires to the College and establish services associated with their employment at the College.

To onboard a team or group of more than 5 members, please mention the names and NetID of the users to onboard in the "Additional Details(if any)"; section in the Request Service form with the same required fields as in the requirements below.

This form is to be completed and submitted by the HR Associate or Business Manager of the new hire. Once the form is filled out, the following services associated with onboarding the new employee will be activated:
- Employee Clearances
- Offer Letter
- First Day Agenda
- HR system access
- Orientation
- Supervisor Checklist
- Required Trainings
- Security system access
- Keys and building access
- axiUm access
- IT equipment
- IT system access
- Office Space
Requirements
The request should have the following details about the user who needs to be added to the system:
- JDX Number
- UIN
- Full Name
- Anticipated Hire Date
- Department
Who Is Eligible To Use It?
Requester should be
- HR Staff
- Business Manager
- Department Head Assistants
- Direct supervisor of the new hire
