What Is It?

IT infrastructure is the system of hardware, software, facilities, and service components that support the delivery of business systems and IT-enabled processes.

 Features

We provide the following:

  • Hardware – comprises of routers, switches, data centers, servers, hubs, virtual desktops, and more.
  • Network – covers firewalls and security, internet connectivity, and network enablement.
  • Operating system (OS) platforms – typically dominated by Windows and Linux systems. The software manages system activities and resources.
  • Software – incorporates various types of productivity applications. Active Directory, Cloud services, Password Management, Asset management, Database management, and other Enterprise applications.

Requirements

Must be supported by COMIR with a signed MOU.

COM employees that participate within the Dean's Office Support model.

 Contracted support between COM Dean's office unit COMIR and the COM Dept.

Service Availability

Business hours, M-F, 9-5pm and reflective of the University Holidays.

Maintenance Window(s)

Planned maintenance is scheduled for every 3rd Thursday from 8am – 10am. Unplanned maintenance will be communicated via email and chat.
