Who Is Eligible To Use It?
Many colleges and units have IT support staff that provide direct services to their faculty and staff, and in some cases their students as well. To contact your college or unit IT directly, please use the information below:
How Much Does It Cost?
The Service Desk is made available through the Basic Bundle; there is no direct cost to clients.
How Can I Get Support?
Select the Ask a Question button on this page to ask an IT question. If you are having an IT problem, review the guidance on initial troubleshooting of IT problems and then Report a Problem.
