What Is It?

This service provides access to curated data, dashboards, and analytics tools to support decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. It includes operational, tactical, analytical, and executive-level reporting capabilities.

Requirements

Access to reporting tools and data sets may require role-based permissions. Some requests may require approval from data stewards or department leadership.

Who Is Eligible To Use It?

Faculty, staff, and authorized affiliates of the College of Medicine who require data or reporting tools for operational, academic, or strategic purposes.

How Do I Use It?

Users can access dashboards and reports via platforms such as Power BI and Workday. For new report development or data access, submit a request form detailing your needs.

How Much Does It Cost?

These services are free for employees in the Office of the Dean and part of the cost-recovery cost for departments with an active support MOU with COMIR.

Service Levels

Initial Response Time Within 1 business day.
Service Request Fulfillment Time
  • Standard requests: Within 5 business days.
  • Complex/custom analytics: Timeline defined during intake and scoping.
Incident Resolution Time Within 2 business days. May require more time depending on complexity.
Service Availability
  • 24x7 availability for ticket intake.
  • Support available during business hours (9 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday).
Maintenance Window(s) Scheduled outside business hours with at least 3 business days’ notice.
