How do I get help with my suspended account?
How do I get help with my suspended account?

Account suspension can occur for many reasons, but the most common would be that suspicious activity has been detected on one of your NetID accounts.
If you receive a message indicating your account has been suspended when you attempt to log in, please call us so that we can assist with unsuspension or direct you to the proper support contact. During normal business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) on weekdays days when the university is open, contact our Service Desk at 312-413-0003 option 9. During non-business hours, contact our Network Operations Center(NOC) at 312-413-0003 option 2.
