How can I locate Class Climate Course Evaluation Tool in Blackboard?

The Blackboard integration for Class Climate (UIC Online Evaluation System) makes it convenient for students and instructors to access their course evaluations from their Blackboard home page.

Blackboard instructions for students to access Class Climate course evaluation surveys

1. Log in to Blackboard and locate your course

2. Go to Course Menu and select Tools

3. Within Tools, locate and select Class Climate

NOTE: The student dashboard will display a list of your open course evaluation surveys. Each survey opens in a new browser window. After you complete a survey, the window displays which evaluations you have completed and which are pending, so you can complete all your evaluations at once.

Steps for Instructors are the same as students

1. Log in to Blackboard and locate your course
2. Go to Course Menu and select Tools
3. Within Tools, locate and select Class Climate

NOTE:  if you do not have Tools in your Course Menu, please

1. click on + sign
2. select Tool Link,
3. put Tools in name
4. select type: Tools Area
5. check: Available to Students
