Pinnacle is Technology Solution’s billing management tool that provides you with access to your service and billing information online. You can search and view services for your current and past bills, as well as usage and non-usage charges. You can also download billing information by bill date for a specific CFOP to manage your Technology Solutions transactions. Business Managers can visit http://TechSolutionsBilling.uic.edu to access Pinnacle.
Individual account managers and departmental administrators who have been assigned access can log on to the Pinnacle Billing Application and sign in with their UIC NetID and password. New users will need to send a request for access to: TechSolutionsBilling@uic.edu
