The Virtual Computer Lab automatically scales to meet connection needs.
However, if a significant number of individuals connect to the Virtual Lab environment at nearly the same time, there can be a few minutes delay in additional resources being made available to allow for additional connections. This can occur during peak usage times.
If you receive a message indicating that "there are currently no available resources," it means that the environment needs to add additional capacity, which will happen automatically but may approximately 5 minutes to complete. If you encounter this error, please wait and try again after 5 minutes.
If you still receive that error, then please submit a support request and we will follow up as quickly as possible. Please note: There may be a delay in support response outside of normal business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday).
