Description
For a fee, OnSite Consulting provides students, current or retired faculty and staff, and university departments with the ability to hire a student technician to repair computers anywhere in the Champaign-Urbana area.

OnSite Consulting requests can be submitted by calling 217-333-8628, or emailing onsite@illinois.edu, or completing the webform at

Cost
The standard service rate is $40/hr, Emergency Service is $80/hr, Departmental Support is $40/hr, and Field Consulting supplemental support $28/hr. Each service call for all levels is a minimum of 1 hour.
