Setting Up Campus Printing - Windows

Connecting your University-owned UIS Windows computer to a Ricoh Device

Note:  The driver is not location specific; when installed you will be able to print your job to any Ricoh device on campus. Printing may only be done from a University-owned devices; users are not able to print from personal devices.

  1. Copy this link \\uisnxds\RicohSecurePrint    
  2. Open File explorer, yellow folder on task bar, and paste the link in the address bar Windows Task Bar highlighting the File Explorer icon
  3. Double click on RicohSecurePrint  Ricoh Secure Print queue that needs to be installed
  4. The Ricoh Secure Print queue window will appear Ricoh Secure Print queue window
  5. Close the window
  6. You are now connected to Ricoh Devices
