How to print to Ricoh Devices

Printing to the Ricoh Copier/Printers

Before being able to print to the UIS Campus Print Service please setup the printer following the directions for your computer:

  1. When choosing print in any program, click the printer drop down, and select Ricoh Secure Print.

  2. Click Print
  3. You will receive an email with your print code.  Please be aware this only happens the first time you print.  Going forward you will use the assigned pin. If you lose or forget your PIN you can choose NetID Login and login with your NetID and password.
  4. You can go to ANY Ricoh device on campus
  5. Once at the device, Click PIN Login​​​​

  6. Enter Pin and hit ok

  7. Choose your print job (tap Refresh if needed)

  8. Tap Start

  9. Once done, tap Logout.  You will automatically be logged out after 1 minute.

Please note that print jobs will expire after 3 days.
