Report a System-level Problem

About this service

Description	This service allows IT Pros using TeamDynamix to report a problem in the overall system to the Global Administration team. Please choose the most appropriate Incident Type and be as descriptive as possible. This will help us ensure uninterrupted use of the TDX service.

Getting and using this service

Who can use the service	Any TeamDynamix IT Pro. This includes but not limited to technicians, application administrators, and project managers.
How to get the service	Choose the "Report a System-level Problem" button to the right.
Cost	None
