Description

This service allows System IT Pros using TeamDynamix to report a problem at the ticketing application level. This will help us ensure uninterrupted use of the TDX service.

Getting and using this service

Who can use the service Any System TeamDynamix IT Pro. This includes but not limited to technicians, application administrators, and project managers.
How to get the service Choose the "Report an Application-Level Problem" button to the right.
