GoTime Access

GoTime is an employee leave management system, launched in August 2021. It is a web-based tool for employees to request or report time-off and track their benefit time usage. This is also a tool for supervisors to be notified of time-off requested by employees, acknowledge their approval, or send it back for corrections.

Features

Employees can:

  • View their Leave Balances (Vacation, Sick, and Floating Holiday)
  • Submit and withdraw requests for use of leave time, including FMLA
  • View the status of current and past requests, including any supervisor comments

Supervisors can:

  • Be notified of leave requests submitted by their staff
  • View their staff's current leave balances
  • View and respond to pending leave requests from their staff
  • View their staff's processed leave requests
