What Is It?

The axiUm Support Team is available to assist the UIC College of Dentistry community with their axiUm-related questions, service requests and address any problems that arise.

Features

We are here to help with your axiUm-related problems including, but not limited to: 

  • Account updates, such as forgotten passwords and card swipe activation. 
  • Custom Reports and data retrieval, such as IRB’s. 
  • Scheduling issues. 
  • Help with remote access. 
  • New User account creation. 
  • General axiUm questions. 
  • axiUm Support, however, does not have the authority to unlock Users’ chart access.  Users must go through their MP, Clinic Manager or Clinical Affairs to get unlocked.  If the User needs to know why they are locked,   the first step is to use “Personal Planner” to find out. We can help Users who don’t know why they are locked figure out why, but that is the extent of our participation.

Service Levels

Initial Response Time  Within 1 business day
Service Request Fulfillment Time Varies based on the type of question or problem. Within 5 business days for low impact/urgency. 
Service Availability  Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
