How Do I Use It?

  • Maintenance Requests: Includes all requests that require Painter, Plumber, Electrician, Engineer, Lamper, or Carpenter.
  • Cleaning Requests: Include all requests that includes Pest Control, Trash removal, vacuuming, etc.

How Much Does It Cost?

Student Centers support is provided through basic tenant agreements. There is no cost for engaging the cleaning and maintenance request forms however cost may be incurred if the request extends past basic maintenance or cleaning. A CFOAP is required to pay for non-basic maintenance and cleaning requests.

Initial Response Time Within 1 business day
Service Request Fulfillment Time Varies based on type of question. Within 5 business days for low impact/urgency.
Incident Resolution Time Varies based on type of problem. Within 5 business days for low impact/urgency.
