How Do I Use It?

Select the Ask a Question button on this page to ask an IT question. If you are having an IT problem then choose Report a Problem.

Service Levels

Initial Response Time Within 1 business day
Resolution / Fulfillment Time Varies based on the type of question or problem. Within 2-3 business days for low impact/urgency.
Service Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Maintenance Window(s) Saturdays- Every 4-6 weeks
