What Is It?

The School of Law IT Helpdesk provides basic technical support for student, faculty, and staff.  Assisting with connections to UIC-Law WiFi, computers connected to the network, printers, and copiers, including problem diagnosis.

Service Levels

Service Request Fulfillment Time  
Incident Resolution Time Varies depending on the severity level of the technical issue.  Best effort is put towards resolving the incident on the first contact.
Service Availability Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 6:30pm, Fridays 9:00am to 5:00pm.
