Desktop and videoconferencing support for System Office units at Chicago, Springfield, and Urbana, along with other university units with a service agreement.  The service is jointly delivered by Technology Solutions at UIC and Technology Services at UIUC.

Who can use the service This service is only available to staff in System Offices and university departments that have a current service agreement with Technology Solutions at UIC or Technology Services at UIUC.

UIC Managed IT Support for System Offices
IT support is provided to System Offices staff based in or associated with the University of Illinois Chicago. Support is provided for devices (desktops, laptops, etc), peripherals (printers, monitors, etc), and video conferencing systems in conference rooms.
