What Is It?
All IT support questions members of the School of Public Health community may have can be submitted through this service. Issues that are not dealt with at the school level will be routed to the appropriate unit at UIC or within the UI System for resolution. In-person and virtual support is available by appointment only at this time.

Requirements
If your request is related to computing hardware, we are only able to provide assistance with equipment that is owned by the university. We are unable to provide assistance with personally owned devices.
Who Is Eligible To Use It?
Faculty, staff, and students affiliated with the School of Public Health are able to use this service.

Note, however, that filing an online report will most often result in a faster resolution to your issue. In building support is available to faculty and staff via a scheduled appointment.

How Much Does It Cost?
General IT support within SPH is subsidized by the Dean's Office. Specific software applications and equipment purchases are provided through this service on a charge-back basis to the divisions and units within the school.
