What Is It?

The College of Pharmacy Information Technology Unit is committed to high quality customer service and technical support while being a single point of contact to resolve all technology-related needs. The Information Technology department (IT) provides information technology support to the College of Pharmacy’s by providing quality customer service and technical solutions that support the college’s mission. The College of Pharmacy IT Department is committed to providing quality customer service by: 

  • Striving to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Responding to requests for support within published time frames 
  • Interacting with faculty, staff, students and affiliates in a courteous and respectful manner 
  • Requesting feedback for opportunities for improvement 
  • Continuously working to improve the quality of service 
  • Regularly reviewing and monitoring established performance indicators

How Much Does It Cost?

Service Desk assistance for standard level of support during business hours is at no charge for clients.
