What Is It?

This service enables authorized users to request access to institutional applications such as Banner, Chrome River, EDW, Adobe Sign and others. It ensures that access is granted based on role, need, and compliance with institutional policies.

Who Is Eligible To Use It?

Faculty, staff, and authorized affiliates of the College of Medicine who require access to supported applications for their roles.

How Do I Use It?

Complete the access request form with required details such as your role, department, and justification for access. Submit the form and monitor your ticket for updates. How Much Does It Cost?

These services are free for employees in the Office of the Dean and part of the cost-recovery cost for departments with an active support MOU with COMIR.

Initial Response Time Within 1 business day.
Service Request Fulfillment Time
  • Standard access: Within 3–5 business days.
  • Urgent access (with justification): Within 1–2 business days.
Incident Resolution Time Within 2 business days from the issue report. Can vary depending on complexity.
Service Availability
  • 24x7 availability for request/ticket submission.
  • Processing occurs during business hours (e.g., 9 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday).
Maintenance Window(s) Scheduled outside business hours with at least 3 business days’ notice.
