OnTime Timekeeping System is an enterprise web application to help department HR/Payroll track student employee work hours with approval work flow and process bi-weekly payroll.

Requirements
To utilize this service, you must be a UIC student employee in a unit that has enrolled in the OnTime system. To enroll, units may contact UIC Technology Solutions using the Request Support button on this page. Important Note: Units must follow the bi-weekly payroll deadlines to avoid delays in processing payroll.
Who Is Eligible To Use It?
All UIC colleges/departments who wish to use this system for their student employees can be added to this system. Please reach out to your college/department HR/Payroll Administrator. If you are an HR/Payroll Administrator and would like more information or want to use this service please select the Request Support button on this page.
