IT Service is made available by the COM-Rockford IT Department. Hardware costs may be the responsibility of the client.

Fill out a ticket and include a detailed description of the issue you are having and the location of the issue

Service Levels

Initial Response Time Within 1 business day.
Service Request Fulfillment Time Usually within 5 business days for low impact/urgency.
Incident Resolution Time Varies based on the type of question or problem.
Service Availability Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
Maintenance Window(s) University Holidays.
