Zoom Workspace Reservation is an innovative solution that enables your teams to reserve flexible workspaces ahead of time or when they arrive at the office. This can be an open desk or a workspace personalized with a Zoom device.

How Do I Use It?
Once the requested Workspace Location is created, you will be able to add and manage your department's workspaces. Instructions for this can be found at: Managing workspaces on the web portal
Once workspaces have been added and made available, individuals can visit uic.zoom.us/workspace to view available workspaces and reserve them. More information can be found at: Using Workspace Reservation on the Zoom web portal.
